Tracking Your Order:


Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirming the placement of your order.


An email will be sent from once it has been processed and dispatched from the premises - last dispatch usually takes place at 4:30pm each day.


If you place your order using our Tracked Priority Delivery Service or our Next Day Delivery Service, we will provide you with a tracking number. 


Enter your tracking number in Parcel Tracking to check the progress of your order (* please note, Tracked Priority Deliveries 24-48 hour time frame applies from the time the order leaves our premises) . These times refer to working days only (i.e. not weekends).


Free delivery is an un-tracked service available on orders over €50, which takes between 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays).


All deliveries to the UK cost €9.95


Oversized parcels may cost extra in which case you will be contacted by a member of staff with regards to carriage payment following the placement of an order.


Should your order be urgent or you have a preference for a tracked service with secured delivery times, then we strongly recommend using the Next Day Overnight Delivery Service which is also a Tracked service.


Please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service - we will be more than happy to help. But first please call to your local Post Office as they may have already tried to deliver your parcel, please also check locally if you’re parcel has been left with a neighbour etc.
